N.C. SANDING SEALER # 021 CLEAR is a transparent sanding sealer of high quality based on nitrocellulose, modified alkyds and plasticizers. Used for filling and levelling wood surfaces where transparency is required. It has a very good body due to its higher solid content, resistant to over – spraying and wetting well the structure of the wood.
